Booking & Pricing
How do I get a quote?
Getting a quote is simple. You can call us on 07852734735, email info@simplysortedspecialistcleaning.co.uk, message us on WhatsApp, or fill in our online quote request form. We aim to respond promptly. All quotes are free and no obligation.
How much does cleaning cost?
All jobs are priced individually based on your specific requirements, property size, and the service you need. Prices start from £25. Rather than give vague estimates, we prefer to give you a clear, tailored quote. Please get in touch and we'll provide a free, accurate price for your needs.
How do I pay for cleaning services?
We accept bank transfer and cash. Payment details and terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. For regular cleaning clients, we typically invoice after each visit or on a weekly/monthly basis depending on your preference.
Is there a minimum booking?
We aim to be as flexible as possible and don't impose unnecessary minimums. For regular domestic cleaning, a standard visit is typically 2 to 3 hours minimum. For deep cleans and specialist services, the scope of the job determines the time required. Get in touch to discuss your specific needs.
About the Service
Do you bring your own equipment and products?
Yes, we bring all necessary equipment and professional grade cleaning products to every job. For regular domestic cleaning, we are happy to use your preferred products if you have specific requirements. Just let us know when you book.
Do I need to be at home during the clean?
Not necessarily. Many of our regular clients provide a key and are not home during cleaning visits. We build a trusted, reliable relationship over time and take the security and privacy of your home extremely seriously.
Services
What is a deep clean and how is it different from a regular clean?
A regular clean maintains your home's cleanliness on an ongoing basis, covering vacuuming, surfaces, bathrooms, and so on. A deep clean goes much further, tackling areas that regular cleaning doesn't reach: inside appliances, behind furniture, skirting boards, grout, limescale, cupboard interiors, and more. It's a thorough reset for your home.
Can you help with hoarding situations?
Yes, we have significant experience supporting individuals and families in hoarding situations. We approach every case with patience, compassion, and complete non judgement, working at the client's pace and in collaboration with any other professionals involved such as mental health teams or social workers.
What is biohazard cleaning?
Biohazard cleaning is the specialist process of cleaning, sanitising, and decontaminating spaces affected by biological hazards, such as blood, bodily fluids, decomposition matter, or other materials that pose a health risk. It requires specialist training, equipment, and safe disposal methods. We handle all biohazard enquiries with complete confidentiality and compassion.
Do you do end of tenancy cleaning?
Yes, end of tenancy cleaning is one of our core services. Our cleans are specifically designed to meet letting agent and landlord standards, giving tenants the best chance of a full deposit return and landlords a property that's ready for new occupants. We cover the entire property top to bottom.
Do you clean Airbnb and short let properties?
Yes, Airbnb changeover cleaning is one of our specialist services. We understand the time pressure of same day changeovers and can turn properties around quickly to hotel standards. We handle linen, restocking, and inventory checks as well as the full clean.
What is mental health support cleaning?
Mental health support cleaning is a tailored service for people whose mental health makes maintaining a clean home difficult. We work at your pace, without any pressure or judgement, building a gentle and supportive relationship over time. We can work alongside mental health professionals, carers, and social workers.
Do you clean after building work or renovation?
Yes, post builder cleaning is a specialist service that requires specific equipment and products to deal with fine construction dust, plaster residue, paint splashes, and building debris. We use HEPA filtration vacuums and professional grade degreasers to leave newly renovated properties spotless.
Do you offer commercial cleaning?
Yes, we provide regular and one off commercial cleaning for offices, retail premises, and other business spaces. We work flexibly around your business hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends, to minimise disruption to your operations.
Carpet Cleaning
How long do carpets take to dry after cleaning?
Carpets cleaned with our Texatherm hot water extraction system typically dry within 2 to 4 hours under normal conditions. Good ventilation speeds up the process significantly. Open windows and doors and run a fan heater if possible. Avoid walking on carpets in outdoor footwear while they're drying.
Can you remove all carpet stains?
We can remove the vast majority of carpet stains, but results depend on the type of stain, how old it is, and the carpet's condition. Fresh stains respond much better than old, set stains. We'll always be honest with you about expected results before we start, and we'll treat every stain with the appropriate professional product.
Still have a question?
We're always happy to help. Get in touch and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
